⚔️ Black Ops 7 Beta – Key Updates Coming

TTK & Weapon Balance

  • A weapon balance pass is on the way to fine-tune TTK.
  • Treyarch acknowledged that TTK feels slightly faster than Black Ops 6, and the new update will make sure all 30 weapons stay competitive within their role and class.

Doors

  • Black Ops 7 has no manual doors, but automatic doors on five maps have sparked heated debate.
  • Weekend update will:Keep certain doors permanently open at match start.
  • Extend how long doors stay open.
  • Increase activation distance before they trigger.
  • Treyarch is also considering a reduction of automatic doors across maps and the option to disable them in Private Matches for competitive play.
  • Weapon XP & Overclock

    • Weapon XP earn rates boosted, making it easier to unlock attachments.
    • Overclock gain rates increased for certain Loadout items and Scorestreaks.
    • Spawns adjusted across several maps/modes.

    Other Fixes

    • Various bug fixes and stability improvements applied, including issues with menus, loadouts, perks, and scorestreaks.

    🔥 The Gravemaker Debate

One thing not changing this weekend is the Gravemaker scorestreak. With wallhacks and one-shot power, it’s divisive: some want it nerfed, others argue it should stay broken due to its high cost. For now, Treyarch is holding off on adjustments.
