Sender announces resignation as coach of OpTic Texas
Sender announced his resignation as coach of the OpTic Texas team. The 26-year-old American specialist announced this on his social networks.
After negotiating with OpTic Texas, I am currently exploring options for a trainer/manager position with the CDL. I firmly believe that I can give even more and my work ethic is second to none.
Sender joined the OpTic Texas coaching staff in November 2020 when the club purchased a slot and rebranded from the Chicago Huntsmen. In two seasons, the 26-year-old American specialist helped the team win the Call of Duty League 2022: Stage 1 Major, as well as get into the TOP-3 following the results of the following championships:
- Call of Duty League 2022: Pro-Am Classic (3rd)
- Call of Duty League 2021: Stage 5 Major (3rd)
Note that this is not the first change in the composition of OpTic Texas, since the team had previously parted ways with General and Prolute. In addition, the team managed to re-sign contracts with Dashy and iLLeY, thus retaining the Canadian leaders.
However, OpTic Texas has a lot of work to do in the transfer market before the start of the next competitive season. However, it is unclear whether the team will look for help for Rambo, who remains the only coach.
The current OpTic Texas roster in the Call of Duty League is as follows:
- Scump
- Shotzzy
- dashy
- iLLeY
- Rambo (coach)
