Movistar Riders announces scarx's departure
Movistar Riders has officially said goodbye to scarx. Note that the 25-year-old was among the team's pioneers in the new discipline, joining Movistar Riders last October.
"It was a pleasure to work with you, Carlos. Farewells are always bitter, but thanks for your dedication and efforts. Good luck on the path you decided to go," wrote the team's coach.
scarx began his journey at VALORANT, becoming part of the Sicko Mode collective. Together with him, he took second place in the Desafío Legión. Almost immediately, the player joined Movistar Riders, with whom he quickly won the Legion Defiance Cup. However, from that moment on, the team stopped showing results, limiting itself only to rare visits to the top three winners.
Already in the new season, the team twice failed to qualify for VCT 2021: Europe Stage 1 Challengers, once again questioning the viability of the roster. However, scarx still remained the center of the team, which completely renewed its roster before the start of the season. However, the paths of the player and the team went their separate ways as Movistar Riders again decided to reconsider their approach to business.
The current roster of Movistar Riders is as follows:
- Mikigoalie.
- kamyk.
- Dext.
- Darkzero (trainer).
