Cologne Gaming Network signs Lunaris roster

The German organization Cologne Gaming Network (CGN Esports) has decided to enter the professional VALORANT scene by signing the Lunaris team. The bishop will become the team captain. He will be joined by amp, SEIDER, Dawn and MALFOy.

CGN Esports is best known for its prevalence in the Smash scene, where it has signed some of the best European players. This is the first time an organization has signed a competitive FPS team - under the leadership of Sebe +, a former professional CS: GO player.

As for VALORANT, CGN Esports is best known for organizing the European Valorant Contenders Cup tournament series.

While Lunaris took part in the aforementioned tournament, the team was represented by a slightly different lineup. The only players from this team who ended up in CGN were bishop and amp. The current roster has played together since late October and made it to the A/B First Strike: Europe playoffs.
