Valorant players have noticed that Riot Games appears to be working on changes to Corrode. In the Chinese trailer for the new Galleria 2.0 skin bundle, one of the shots filmed on Corrode shows the central part of the map looking different from its current version in the game.

A Chinese trailer for the upcoming Galleria 2.0 skin bundle recently appeared on official social media. The bundle is a sequel to the original Galleria collection, which was released back in patch 1.0. It will include skins for the Vandal, Operator, Odin, Judge, and Frenzy. Each skin will reportedly cost 875 VP, while the full bundle will cost 2,935 VP. It is expected to arrive in the store on October 6 or 7.

This video is where players spotted the upcoming changes. Comparing the frame from the trailer with the current version of the map shows that the textures in mid have changed. The boxes near the corner of the building have been removed and replaced with a wall, and the passage from mid to A site has also been changed, which opens up the view of this area. Riot Games has not officially announced any changes to Corrode yet, so it's too early to say what they will look like in the final version or when they will arrive in the game.

It's worth remembering that in March 2026, Corrode and Abyss were removed from the competitive rotation, with Fracture and Lotus returning in their place. Both maps came back with updates at the time, so Corrode may follow the same path and get some adjustments before returning to the pool.
