DRX extends contracts with Rb, Zest, MaKo and coaching staff until 2026
South Korean esports organization DRX has announced the contract extension of its players Rb, Zest, MaKo and VALORANT coaching staff until 2026. We can say that with this decision the club supported its squad, which is rightfully considered one of the strongest in Asia.
They are here to stay. We are pleased to announce the extension of contracts with our coaching staff and our players Rb, Zest, MaKo until 2026. All those who write the history of VALORANT in Korea have extended their contracts. Please support the coaching staff and players as they lead DRX to a brighter future.
Last season, the South Korean team became the winner of VCT 2022: Korea Stage 1 Challengers, VCT 2022: Korea Stage 2 Challengers, Daejeon Valorant Invitational and Gwangju Esports Series: Asia, and also took third place in VALORANT Champions 2022. In addition, DRX took 5 -6th place at VCT 2022: Stage 1 Masters - Reykjavík and VCT 2022: Stage 2 Masters - Copenhagen.
Ultimately, the organization managed to become one of the league's partners for Asia, thereby securing the future of its team for many years to come. However, DRX made only one lineup change, signing with Foxy9. The remaining members of the team continue to stick to each other since the days of performances under the Vision Strikers tag.
Currently, the South Korean team is preparing for the start of the VALORANT Champions Tour 2023: LOCK//IN São Paulo, which will be held from February to March. Next, DRX will begin its journey at the VALORANT Champions Tour 2023: Pacific League, which will last until the end of May.
