Cloud9, Sentinels and NRG to Become American League Partners
According to insider George Geddes, North American esports organizations Cloud9, Sentinels and NRG will be included in the list of partners for the American League. These teams will enter a separate layer of participants that will form the basis of the competitive ecosystem next season.
According to the BLIX.GG portal, esports organizations Natus Vincere, BBL Esports and Team Heretics will be among the partners to participate in the European League next season.
Cloud9 has been in VALORANT since early 2020. Since then, the organization has continued to rise through the ranks, achieving local success. That being said, the club is known for its rich history in other disciplines, including membership in the Riot Games franchise of League of Legends.
The Sentinels have gained thousands of fans since their VALORANT entry and have skyrocketed in popularity since signing with TenZ in April 2021. At the same time, the organization can boast of its number of fans who actively follow the success of the tag thanks to streamers.
NRG is known for its content and impressive achievements across other esports disciplines. The VALORANT team is headlined by content creator and professional player s0m, one of the most popular streamers in the discipline.
It is also known that three clubs from Brazil should get into the partner league - LOUD, FURIA and Gamelanders.
The American League will be hosted in Los Angeles with ten selected partners from North America, Brazil and Latin America.
