zeek becomes a free agent
The European esports organization ACEND announced the final parting with zeek. Recall that the 21-year-old Polish player has spent the last three months on the inactive list. Now the esportsman's contract with the organization has officially come to an end.
Today we part ways with zeek. An integral part of our path to the title of VALORANT Champions 2021, we would like to thank zeek for his contribution under the Acend banner and wish him the best of luck in his career.
zeek became part of the Acend roster in June 2021, having moved from the G2 Esports camp. Over the course of a year, the 21-year-old Polish esportsman helped the team win LVP - Rising Series #2, VALORANT Champions Tour 2021: Europe Stage 3 Challengers 1, LVP - Rising Series - Finale and VALORANT Champions 2021, as well as get into the TOP-3 according to the results of VALORANT Champions Tour 2021: EMEA Stage 3 Challengers Playoffs and Red Bull Home Ground #2.
However, this season, things have not worked out for Acend, as the team fell through the VALORANT Champions Tour 2022: EMEA Stage 1 Challengers, and then was eliminated at the early stage of the VALORANT Champions Tour 2022: EMEA Stage 2 Challengers. As a result, the team missed all international calls, and then moved zeek to inactive.
The Acend organization is currently in limbo. As the official announcement of partners for next season approaches, the club has to consider various options for the future.
