Rix.GG parts ways with VALORANT roster
The British esports organization Rix.GG has announced the parting with its VALORANT roster. The organization has said it has no plans to look for a new roster in order to focus its efforts on the development of the women's team, playing under the Rix.GG Lightning tag. Also, all former players of the club remain on active contracts, but are free to explore other options for participation in the regional VRL qualifiers.
Zach Chandler, Head of Esports at Rix.GG: "Sometimes it's best to take a step back and assess the situation. I've had the privilege of getting to know and spend time with each of these players in person, and I've been fortunate to have them as friends. I'm incredibly proud of everyone, what this team has achieved and proven while working with Rix.GG, but this makes it even more difficult to leave the team. For a while, we will stop supporting Thunder."
The last roster of Rix.GG Thunder was formed at the beginning of last year. As the season progressed, the team went through several changes, bringing in Mickebwoy and memset. During the season, the team did not achieve significant heights, being remembered for getting into the top three at epic.WAN 32 and ICEBOX Northern Classic.
The latest roster of Rix.GG Thunder is as follows:
- LATEKS.
- frei.
- Luzuh.
- Mickebwoy.
- memset.
- weber (coach).
