Virtus.pro and Team Spirit intend to gather VALORANT rosters
Russian eSports organizations Virtus.pro and Team Spirit intend to assemble rosters in the VALORANT discipline. This was announced by an insider Bo Hoogland, citing its own sources. It is noted that the organizations are already negotiating with the players, as well as with collectives of free agents, in which they are interested.
According to an insider, organizations primarily consider players from the CIS. Nevertheless, Virtus.pro can assemble a roster from Poland. At the same time, sources say that Team Spirit is already in talks with several free agents.
Teams and players that are involved in negotiations with organizations remain anonymous until additional information is disclosed.
Note that this information is indirectly confirmed by a recent tweet from Team Spirit, which promised to open two new divisions in 2022. At the same time, the interest of Russian organizations in the VALORANT scene is obvious. Previously, the roster was signed by the NAVI organization, while Gambit is already considered one of the strongest teams in the world, finishing second in the last VALORANT Champions 2021, as well as winning the September VCT 2021: Stage 3 Masters - Berlin.
