G2 Esports unveils roster for next season
European esports organization G2 Esports has unveiled the roster for next season, officially unveiling Meddo and hoody, as well as coach pipsoN. At the same time, G2 Esports sent keloqz to the bench, who joined the team in June 2021.
With these changes, the organization closes the wave of discussions that have been in the air since the end of the Masters in Berlin. At the same time, the former trio of Giants Gaming said goodbye to the organization a month and a half ago, only stirring up interest in their transition.
Meddo, hoody and pipsoN have played for Giants Gaming since January. At the same time, the 26-year-old Russian e-sportsman in May moved to the role of the team's coach, who managed to lead to victory in the LVP - Rising Series # 3, silver at VCT 2021: Europe Stage 3 Challengers 2, as well as getting into the TOP-4 at LVP - Rising Series # 2, LVP - Rising Series # 4 and Red Bull Home Ground # 2.
In turn, keloqz never managed to become a G2 Esports star. Having joined the team in the summer, the 18-year-old Frenchman will be remembered for reaching the semifinals of VCT 2021: Stage 3 Masters - Berlin, as well as getting into the top four in VCT 2021: EMEA Stage 3 Challengers Playoffs. Nevertheless, G2 Esports decided to change the roster, in particular, having previously canceled the services of koldamenta and pyth. In addition, long before that, the organization had said goodbye to its coach.
The roster of G2 Esports for the next season is as follows:
- mixwell.
- nukkye.
- AvovA.
- Meddo.
- hoody.
- pipsoN (trainer).
