Valorant developers have published a list of changes in patch 3.09. A new Battle Pass has been added to the Riot Games title and some bugs have been fixed. For example, the display of the rank emblem during ranked matches should be as originally intended. The main changes were made to the Fracture map and the alternate fire mode.
Valorant changelog
Weapon
Classic (Alternate Mode)
- Firing error on the move has been increased from 0.05 to 0.6. Overall walking error increased from 1.95 to 2.5
- Firing error while running increased from 0.2 to 1.3, while overall error while running increased from 2.1 to 3.2
- Jumping error increased from 1.1 to 2.1. Overall jumping error increased from 3.0 to 4.0
Cards
Fracture
- In order for the defenders to beat off point B, the barrier at the container was moved to the bridge from the side of the attack
- Moved the defenders' barrier at Cable A to the start of the descent to make it easier for guards to prepare for battle.
- Moved the sphere in Hall A to a more neutral zone. Now teams should be equally comfortable choosing it
- A small block appeared at the base of the attacking players, which can serve as a cover. This was done because there was too much open space between the entrance to the hall and exit B. In the case of a quick attack, it became easier to repel opponents from different flanks

- The path to the game servers for all traffic now runs through one common path
System improvements
- Ziplines and ropes are smoother. The sudden movement that could occur when stopping or changing direction on a cable or rope has been corrected. This was most noticeable when repeatedly moving a short distance and stopping.
Improvements to the esports component
- Gamepad spectators no longer have an X/Y block when accelerating with the upper right trigger (R1). Free Cam lovers will be delighted with the changes
- Observers now have the ability to set teams to hand-play. If this option is enabled, then the observers will have different attack and defense players. The attacking side will be displayed as right-handed, while the defending side players will be displayed with a weapon in their left hand
Bugs
- Fixed an issue that caused the default rank emblem to appear on the loading screen in non-rank modes.
Agents
- Cypher will no longer be able to place his camera on the rising door in Breeze in such a way that it breaks the door and allows you to see through textures
- A bug that caused Jett's visuals to display incorrectly in first person has been fixed
Riot Games are planning to add a new agent to Valorant. Its codename is Chamber. It should appear in the game on November 17th. Initially, the developers of the esports discipline planned to add it in patch 3.09, but decided to postpone the release of the agent in order to improve it.
