Endpoint CeX said goodbye to simas
The British esports organization EndPoint CeX has announced changes to its Rocket League roster, saying goodbye to simas. Recall that the 17-year-old Lithuanian player played for the team for two months.
Despite a strong start to the last split, our Rocket League team struggled to progress and reach the full potential of all the players involved. We believe this has a lot to do with the distribution of roles, and ultimately the joint decision was made to let simas explore other career paths.
simas was a key part of our team, a true professional and a pleasure to work with. We wish him all the best and will actively help him in his search for a new home. Over the next month, we will be testing rookies to try and find the right player to play with us in the winter split.
simas joined the Endpoint CeX roster ahead of the 2022-2023 RLCS Fall Split. However, the team failed to showcase consistent play, finishing last in RLCS 2022-23 - Fall: EU Regional 1 - Fall Open. However, the team missed the next two events, having failed to break through the qualifiers.
The e-sportsman himself thanked the British club for the opportunity, and also apologized for the poor results at the start of the season.
Updated Endpoint CeX Rocket League roster:
