FaZe Clan becomes rle.gg Roster Royale Champion
rle.gg Roster Royale has come to an end. As part of the championship, which was held online from September 21 to 22, sixteen teams from Europe, North and South America competed for a prize pool of $12,000. The winner of the tournament was the FaZe Clan team, which in the grand final was stronger than The Peeps with a score of 4:3.
The championship for the future winner started from the Swiss stage, during which FaZe Clan won three victories over Frequence (3:1), Pirates ON A BOAT (3:2) and Lil Step Bros (3:1), and at the same time made it to playoffs from the first line.
Here, the North American team first beat Lil Step Bros (4:0), and then dealt with Complexity Gaming (4:0) and advanced to the grand final. In the main match of the championship, FaZe Clan turned out to be stronger than The Peeps (4:3), thanks to which they became the winner of the rle.gg Roster Royale and earned a prize of $8,000.
It is noteworthy that FaZe Clan played the championship together with mist, who did not officially join the team. However, given the success of the updated squad, we should expect official confirmation of the transfer in the near future.
