Fever leaves Renegades
The North American esports organization Renegades has announced changes to its Rocket League roster, parting ways with Fever. The 17 year old Australian player has been part of the team for the last year and a half.
Today we say goodbye to Fever. It has been a pleasure to watch his talent develop over the past few years. We are sad to see him pass, but we are very excited to look at his future. Once a renegade, a renegade forever.
Fever joined Renegades in March last year, having moved from the Mindfreak camp. For a year and a half, a 17-year-old Australian with Scottish roots helped the team win RLCS Season X - ESL Oceanic Championship: Spring Regional Event 2, RLCS 2021-22 - Fall: OCE Regional Event 1, RLCS 2021-22 - Winter: OCE Regional Event 2 and Superhero Spectacular, among others.
In addition, he also had a chance to take part in the Rocket League Championship Series 2021-22 - Fall Split Major (9th-11th place), Rocket League Championship Series 2021-22 - Winter Split Major (13th-15th place) and Rocket League Championship Series 2021-22 - World Championship (13th-16th place).
In his message, the 17-year-old esportsman said that the decision to leave Renegades belongs only to him, and also thanked the team and former teammates for their joint work. Very soon Fever will share news about his future.
Note that this is not the first change in the composition of Renegades in recent weeks. A little earlier, the team was left without CJCJ, who announced his retirement and also said goodbye to the LBP coach.
