Kael leaves Team BDS
Kael announced his departure from esports organization Team BDS. Recall that the 27-year-old Spaniard first headed the Rocket League team, and then worked as a team manager. Kael announced the corresponding changes in his career on social networks.
It's been almost three years since I got here with the first line-up and I couldn't be happier that I was able to achieve as many achievements as we've had in all these months. The most important thing I would like to take away from my experience - good or bad - that we have been through is learning, both personally and professionally. We all faced difficulties, but we managed to overcome them together.
I would like to thank the organization for the trust placed in us when we were still developing as a team. They were always very easy to talk to and were open to all requests. Thanks to the players for their cooperation and hard work. I leave this club with my head held high and looking forward to what lies ahead for me.
Kael led Team BDS from February 2020 to April 2022. During this time, the 27-year-old Spanish specialist led the team to victories at many championships, including Rocket League Championship Series 2021-22 - Fall Split Major, Rocket League Championship Series Season X - Fall: European Major, Rocket League Championship Series Season X - Spring: European Major and Rocket League Championship Series Season X - Winter: European Major, among others.
In addition, under his leadership, the team took second place in the Rocket League Championship Series Season X - European Championship. However, in April, Kael left his position, moving to the position of manager. In the new role, the Spaniard nevertheless led Team BDS to victory in the World Championship, which remained with the French team.
Note that the day before, the Swiss eSports organization Team BDS announced the parting with MaRc_By_8. The 21-year-old Spanish player left the starting XI in April and has been on the bench ever since.
