Gyzow steps down as ATK coach
Gyzow stepped down as ATK 's Rocket League coach. On Twitter, the 20-year-old Dutch specialist announced that he is no longer associated with the South African esports organization and intends to focus on his training.
Since I don't have time anymore, I am stepping down as an ATK trainer and will focus on teaching.
Gyzow took over ATK last October. During this time, the 20-year-old Dutch specialist helped the team get into the top three at RLCS 2021-22 - Fall: SSA Regional Event 1, RLCS 2021-22 - Fall: SSA Regional Event 2, RLCS 2021-22 - Fall: SSA Regional Event 3, RLCS 2021-22 - Winter: SSA Regional Event 2 and RLCS 2021-22 - Winter: SSA Regional Event 3.
The last championship for Gyzow at the helm of ATK was RLCS 2021-22 - Spring: SSA Regional Event 1, following which the team took 9-12th place, losing to NIBBLE Esports in the second round of the lower bracket.
Note that the South African team still has a slot in the second regional event, which will start next week.
