While the fate of the studios and its games for now remains unknown, there has been a report that Netflix are actually considering buying three more studios: Disney, Fox and, what’s more important, Electronic Arts. But the deal wasn’t finalized because Netflix executives “didn’t want to hurt their stock price by overpaying for an asset that traded at a much lower multiple”.

Nevertheless, according to another report, Public Investment Fund, located in Saudi Arabia, are ready to take over Electronic Arts for $55,000,000,000. The deal is currently being advanced but not finished yet.

Netflix will officially have rights on Warner Bros. properties in 2026 so we will probably discover fate of Warner Bros. Games very soon. Hopefully they won’t cancel all or most projects that has already being planned.
