Lego Unveils New Minecraft Movie Sets Ahead of Film Release
Lego has unveiled two exciting sets inspired by the upcoming Minecraft Movie, set for release in April. The first, the Woodland Mansion Fighting Ring ($49.99), features a gladiator-style battle scene with Jason Momoa’s character, The Garbage Man, battling a zombie riding a giant chicken. This 491-piece set also includes figures of Steve, his friend Henry, and a giant zombie pigman, plus a chest of gold and a viewing stand with weapons.
The second set, the Ghast Balloon Village Attack ($69.99), depicts a large battle involving the villainous Ghast from the Nether, with a regular overworld village as the backdrop. This 555-piece set includes Steve, new characters Natalie and Dawn, an iron golem, and a couple of piglins. Both sets will be available starting March 1, giving fans a sneak peek into the film ahead of its theatrical release on April 4.

These Lego sets offer a glimpse into the Minecraft Movie, which has generated mixed reactions due to its live-action characters contrasted with an animated world. Despite early criticism, the filmmakers remain confident and prepared for any challenges.
