All three models are powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite, promising a significant performance boost over their predecessors—40% in NPU, 37% in CPU, and 30% in GPU. Gaming enthusiasts will notice an 18% improvement in frames per second, making the S25 series an excellent choice for mobile gaming.

Samsung also introduced an upgraded heat dissipation system with a 40% larger vapor chamber and enhanced thermal interface material, ensuring the devices remain cool during intense use. With a 5,000 mAh battery, Samsung claims up to 31 hours of video playback. The devices are also protected by Corning’s Gorilla Armor 2 for better durability.

AI-Powered Features and Data Security One of the most significant highlights of the presentation was the introduction of One UI 7, Samsung’s next-generation AI assistant. Powered by Google's Gemini 2.0 AI engine, the AI features are designed to make the user interface more intuitive and efficient. Users can now activate AI functions with the push of a single button. Additionally, Samsung stressed the importance of data security, with personal data being securely stored in Knox Vault rather than the cloud.

Generative AI features were also showcased, such as photo editing tools and writing suggestions, further enhancing the device’s creative capabilities.

Pre-Orders and Pricing Pre-orders for the Galaxy S25 series are now open, with the devices officially launching on February 7, 2025. The S25 Ultra starts at $1,299 for the 256GB model, with options for 512GB and 1TB storage. The S25 Plus begins at $999.99 for the 256GB version, while the standard S25 is available starting at $799.99 with 128GB of storage.
