Kamikaze leaves Ninjas in Pajamas
Swedish esports organization Ninjas in Pajamas has announced changes to its Rainbow Six roster, saying goodbye to Kamikaze. The 24-year-old Brazilian player has been part of the team since June 2018, winning several big championships.
Forever ninja, forever our world champion! Thank you for everything Kamikaze, never say goodbye.
Kamikaze joined the Ninjas in Pajamas roster in the summer of 2018, having moved from the Black Dragons e-Sports camp. Together with the team, the 24-year-old Brazilian player became the winner of the Pro League Season 10 - Latin America, Six August 2020 Major - Brazil, Six Invitational 2021 and Copa Elite Six - Season 2021: Stage 2, and also made it to the top three at the Six Invitational 2020, Six November 2020 Major - Brazil, Six Sweden Major 2021 and Brasileirão 2021 - Finals, among others.
However, last season turned into a series of failures for the Brazilian team. First of all, Ninjas in Pajamas played only in the Six Berlin Major 2022, where they failed to make it to the playoffs. Otherwise, the team had a mixed record at the regional level, notably finishing tenth at Brasileirão 2022 - Stage 3.
Possibly, weak results also became the reason of changes in structure of a command. At the same time, there is confidence that the organization will not stop at one change, while potential candidates for signing have not yet been named.
Updated composition of Ninjas in Pajamas in Rainbow Six discipline:
- Psycho
- Muzi
- pino
- Wizard
- Sneepy (head coach)
