Syllogic steps down as Soniqs PUBG coach
North American esports organization Soniqs has announced changes to its PUBG coaching bridge, saying goodbye to Syllogic. Recall that the 27-year-old American specialist headed the club for almost three years - since April 2020.
We recently parted ways with Syllogic. Having coached our squad to countless regional titles and one world championship, we will always be grateful to him for his contribution to the development of our program. Thanks Sean
Syllogic took over the Soniqs roster in the spring of 2020 when the North American club signed the promising Genesis squad. Over the next three seasons, the 27-year-old American specialist helped the team win PUBG Continental Series 2: North America, PUBG Continental Series 3: North America, PUBG Global Invitational.S 2021, PUBG Continental Series 4: Americas, PUBG Continental Series 6: Americas and PUBG Continental Series 7 Americas.
In addition, under his leadership, Soniqs got into the top three winners at the end of the DreamHack Winter Showdown - Americas, ESL PUBG Masters: Americas Phase 1, PUBG Continental Series 5: Americas, ESL PUBG Masters: Americas Phase 1 and ESL PUBG Masters: Americas Phase 2, and also took part in the PUBG Global Championship 2021 (28th place) and PUBG Global Championship 2022 (24th place).
Now the North American organization will have to find a new specialist before the start of the competitive season. It should be noted that Soniqs got into the partner program of the scene, becoming the only club from North America. Thus, the team will have a permanent slot in major tournaments in the discipline.
