All Champion & Item Changes in LoL Patch 25.08

League of Legends patch 25.08 continues the trend of major balance updates, delivering another massive wave of adjustments.

While the full details aren’t yet available, we do know every champion and item scheduled for changes in this patch, thanks to Phroxzon’s official preview. Additionally, several significant tweaks have already been outlined, with Annie and Yorick seeing particularly notable adjustments. After receiving considerable buffs in 25.07, Yorick’s power is being partially rolled back.

Here’s everything we know so far about the changes coming in LoL patch 25.08:

Aatrox W – Infernal Chains

• Damage type changed: Magical ➔ Physical

E – Umbral Dash

• Passive healing scaling increased: 0.9% bonus healing per 100 bonus HP ➔ 1% bonus healing per 100 bonus HP

Annie Base Stats:

• Health growth per level reduced: 102 ➔ 96

Q – Disintegrate

• Base damage increased: 70-210 ➔ 70-220
• AP scaling increased: 75% ➔ 80%

W – Incinerate

• Base damage increased: 70-250 ➔ 70-270
• AP scaling increased: 85% ➔ 90%
• Cooldown reduced: 8 seconds ➔ 7 seconds

R – Summon: Tibbers

• Now passively grants 10-15% magic penetration at all times
• Tibbers base AD reduced: 50-100 ➔ 30-60
• Tibbers AD/AP scaling reduced: 15% ➔ 10%
• Tibbers base DoT reduced: 20-40 DPS ➔ 8-16 DPS
• Tibbers DoT scaling reduced: 12% ➔ 4%

• Old E base damage now applies only as minimum damage to minions
• Damage against monsters capped: 50-150 +100% AP
• Maiden no longer marks non-champions
