Prior to his role at NIP, Gundersen served as the COO for the Danish esports organization North Esports before joining Ninjas in Pyjamas in 2020.
With a substantial social media presence, Gundersen has garnered over 15,000 followers on LinkedIn, where he frequently shares insights on leadership and entrepreneurship.
