Allorim leaves Cloud 9 Academy
According to the Global Contract Database, Cloud 9 League of Legends academy player Kieran "Allorim" Logue was removed from the database today andbecame a free agent. The esportsman has been on the pro scene for a long time, but as in C9, he did not stay anywhere for a long time and did not achieve great success.
This became known, as I specified earlier, only by monitoring GCD, which is a reliable source regarding changes in the rosters of professional League of Legends teams.
Cloud 9 and Cloud 9 Academy themselves did not make any welcome posts about accepting a player into the team, as well as about parting with him. Which further confirms his role as a temporary replacement.
Together with Allorim, the academic staff of the "cloud" managed to play a week and a half at NA Academy 2022 Summer and, accordingly, participate in three meetings. Two matches turned out to be losses for C9, and the last one was a draw, as the matches at NA Academy Summer are in Double Robin format.
Cloud 9 Academy's permanent top laner Darshan " Darshan " Upadhyaya, who has been with the team for more than a year and a half and has more experience than his temporary colleague, will return to his place.
The only public comment that I could find about Allorim playing in Cloud 9 Academy is his comment on the Cloud 9 subreddit. How reliable it is, one can only guess. Although it is very similar to the truth:
"Thanks guys, I've been with the Immortals for quite some time now, so it was nice to be back in LA at C9, albeit for a little while."
