KOI left without a head coach
From the KOI came not the most comforting news for the fans of the organization. The management announced on the organization's Twitter account the departure of Jesús 'Falco' Perez, who was the head coach of the League of Legends roster. Management kept silent about what this decision was connected with, however, we can assume that the reason for this is the unsuccessful performance of KOI in the League of Legends. The team played in the Spanish league, LVP SuperLiga Season 2022 Spring, where it placed 4th out of 6 possible. They were only able to get past G2 Arctic and Movistar Riders in the table of the best and lost to Barca Esports, BISONS ECLUB and Fnatic TQ. The last two teams entered the top 2 and received an invitation to the European Masters 2022 Spring Main Event.
At the moment, it is not known where the team mentor will go and who will become the next KOI coach. Thiago 'Aziado' Rodriguez now remains with the Spanish organization as an assistant coach. Whether he will be transferred to the position of head coach or he will find a new head coach, the information is still unknown.
The LoL roster of KOI includes seven esports players, including SLT, Koldo, Hatrixx, Rafitta, seaz, MyKey and Plasma. MyKey and Plasma are on the roster as replacements.
