FaZe Clan signs KingNick to Halo roster
According to Dexerto, the North American esports organization FaZe Clan is preparing to make changes to the Halo roster due to the departure of Snip3down. The main candidate for the fourth position in the lineup is called KingNick, who left the Pioneers at the beginning of the month and became a free agent.
FaZe Clan made major changes to their Halo roster just a month ago with the signing of Renegade and Spartan. However, following that Snip3down announced that he would leave the team, citing a number of serious problems and calling the union with the current roster "the worst experience in history."
The 31-year-old American spent ten months with FaZe Clan, winning HCS 2021-22 North America Open Series 10, and also getting into the TOP-3 following the results of Halo Championship Series 2021: Kickoff Major, HCS 2021-22 North America Pro Series 1 and HCS 2021-22 North America Pro Series 4, among others.
The organization is expected to sign KingNick, who will join the team ahead of Halo Championship Series 2022: Orlando. The 25-year-old American has an extensive Halo history, but after Halo Championship Series 2022: North America Super, the Pioneers announced his retirement from the scene. As a result, KingNick became a free agent and began looking for a new club.
The next championship for the North American team will be Halo Championship Series 2022: Orlando. The major itself will take place from September 23 to 25 in Orlando, offering participants a prize pool of $250,000, as well as 12 trips to the Halo World Championship 2022.
The possible composition of FaZe Clan in Halo discipline is as follows:
- Spartan
- Renegade
- KingNick
- faked
- Towey (head coach)
