In the new year, EA did not sit still. The company has prepared a pleasant surprise for the owners of new generation consoles.
Nextgen patch has been released on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. Xbox Series S got support for 60 frames per second, and Series X got two modes: performance and quality. In the first, players will have 60 FPS and dynamic resolution ranging from 1080p to 1440p. The Quality mode will offer a 4K picture at resolutions from 1512p to 2160p.
The console from Sony, unlike the Xbox Series X, did not receive two modes. On PS5 we are waiting for 60 frames per second at a resolution of 1440p. Also for the PS5 version, dynamic resolution was disabled.
