Two demos and other plans to promote Resident Evil: Village
The echoes of a huge leak from the bowels of Capcom still reach us today. So, the network got plans to promote the next part of Resident Evil, subtitled Village.
Apparently, Capcom is preparing a big screening of the game in January 2021. There are plans to showcase a new trailer, announce an exact release date and show nextgen versions for the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series. In the same month, a "technical" demo should be released, demonstrating the capabilities of the PlayStation 5 in all its glory.
Already in mid-January, or rather on the 15th, the acceptance of pre-orders will begin. The Village ad will appear on RE7 on the same day.
In February, several videos on the production of the game are expected, and testing of the multiplayer mode should begin in March. In April, a full-fledged demo should be released, which will initially appear on the PlayStation, and a little later will get to other platforms.
The release date for Resident Evil: Village is still unclear. During the announcement at the presentation, Sony announced the game for January 2021, but now, apparently, it will appear no earlier than April-May next year.
