Sony Presents PlayStation Lineup for Tokyo Game Show 2025

Sony has confirmed its participation in Tokyo Game Show 2025 and will showcase its upcoming PlayStation titles. Among them are Ghost of Yotei, Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls, and the already well-known Astro Bot. While the latter is a PS5 exclusive that won prestigious awards last year, Ghost of Yotei and Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls are considered the key premieres for the console in the upcoming season.

Tokyo Game Show is one of the largest gaming exhibitions in Japan, first held in 1996. This year, the event will take place from September 25 to 28 at Makuhari Messe (Chiba, Japan). Organizers have already confirmed the participation of many well-known publishers, with Sony becoming one of the most prominent companies on the list. Last year, gamers highly appreciated the PlayStation lineup revealed at TGS 2024, and now the Japanese giant is preparing a fresh roster of releases.

Ghost of Yotei and Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls to Appear at Tokyo Game Show 2025

According to official information from Sony Interactive Entertainment, Ghost of Yotei and Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls, alongside Astro Bot, are already included in the official TGS 2025 program. Notably, Ghost of Yotei – the sequel to Ghost of Tsushima – and the Marvel-inspired fighting game will be available for viewing exclusively on September 25–26 at the PlayStation booth. Meanwhile, Astro Bot will be featured in the Family Game Park zone, which will be open to all visitors on September 27–28.

Sony is also expected to add more titles to the lineup as well as reveal the presentation schedule. This means PlayStation fans will be able to get fresh impressions of Ghost of Yotei and Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls already during TGS 2025. Moreover, the release of Ghost of Yotei is scheduled right after the exhibition – on October 2 – so the wait will be short. As for Marvel Tokon, for those who will not join the beta test starting in early September, its appearance at TGS may provide the first opportunity to see details of the Sony-published project.

Capcom has also confirmed its presence at Tokyo Game Show 2025, preparing to showcase several highly anticipated projects, including Resident Evil Requiem, Onimusha: Way of the Sword, Pragmata, and more.
