According to the STALKER encyclopedia portal, this happened on November 25, but it became known only recently.
Sergei Ivanov was also known under the pseudonym Garm Vidar, under which he was published in writing. It was he who wrote the script for the prototype of the game STALKER: Oblivion Lost, which later turned into the realized project STALKER: Shadow of Chernobyl, the first part of the trilogy of the game about stalkers.
According to Sergey himself, he did not write the script from scratch. Before him, 7 scriptwriters worked on the plot for the game, and he, in turn, "tried to pull a logical action onto an already partially existing framework." A job for the creators of the game, GSC Game World, lasting 2 years, was a record for him.
