Rust Mobile Expands Second Beta Test to Multiple Regions in August 2026

Level Infinite has announced the second closed beta for Rust Mobile, with testing scheduled for August 2026 across North America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America. The mobile adaptation is officially licensed by Facepunch Studios and follows earlier testing phases, including an alpha test in Canada and an ongoing regional beta in Hong Kong and Macau.

The upcoming beta will give more players access to Rust's signature survival gameplay, where they must gather resources, craft equipment, build bases, defend against raids, and compete against other survivors in an open-world environment.

According to Level Infinite, the new test also introduces several improvements designed to make the game more accessible to newcomers. These include updated onboarding systems, streamlined progression, and additional tools, equipment, and gameplay features, while preserving the core survival mechanics of the original PC title.

The expanded beta marks another milestone for Rust Mobile, which has now surpassed 3 million pre-registrations worldwide. Level Infinite said more details about registration, supported platforms, and the full testing schedule will be announced closer to the start of the beta.
