TT Games Announced Release Date for Switch 2 Version of LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight

On May 22, TT Games released their new LEGO-themed game dedicated to Batman, titled LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight. The game became available on PC, Xbox Series X/S, and PlayStation 5, but until recently, the release date of the project on Nintendo Switch 2 remained unknown.

However, now this is no longer a secret, since Warner Bros. Games released a new trailer dedicated to the release of LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight on the Nintendo platform - the game will be released on September 18, and pre-orders are already available.

In addition, the release of a new DLC for all platforms was also announced - Mayhem Collection, which will add the Mayhem Mode, and the Joker and Harley Quinn will appear as playable characters.

Earlier, a leak had already revealed DLC for LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight about the Joker and Harley Quinn, but it was about numerous costumes for the characters taken from almost all previous projects in which they were featured. Also, an insider report confirmed that characters from Task Force X will appear in the game - Captain Boomerang, Deadshot, Deathstroke, King Shark, Killer Croc, and many others. However, Warner Bros. Games and TT Games have not yet commented on these rumors.

In turn, the portal Alinea Analytics revealed that LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight has already sold over 1.2 million copies across all platforms, with revenue exceeding $80 million.
