Already this week, from June 5 to 8, the biggest gaming event of the summer - Summer Game Fest - will take place in Los Angeles. Its host, Geoff Keighley, has already confirmed that the upcoming event will be the largest in history, and his recent post only added fuel to the fire in this regard.

For many years, fans have been wondering whether Half-Life 3 exists, and if so, when Valve will officially announce the game. According to rumors, it is already in an advanced stage of development, and its announcement was supposed to take place at The Game Awards 2025, where Geoff Keighley also worked as a host. Earlier on his page on X, he had already teased in a peculiar way at the reveal of Half-Life 3 as part of the Summer Game Fest, posting a photo of a steam, but he did not stop there.

His recent post is a kind of appeal to other users to write games they would like to see at the Summer Game Fest. The funniest thing is that Keighley mentions the word 'Hopium,' which has literally become a meme and an association with Half-Life 3 amid constant rumors about the game's announcement. Perhaps this is really a hint at the long-awaited project reveal, or maybe the host just decided to troll.

This is far from the full list - in particular, one of the most discussed announcements is the Resident Evil Code: Veronica Remake, but as such an event approaches, there will be much more news about possible announcements.
