Battlefield 6 Patches Respawn Bugs and LittleBird Deploys in Quality of Life Update

Electronic Arts will release Battlefield 6 Game Update 1.3.1.5 on May 26 at 08:00 UTC, a quality of life patch covering Battle Royale, Portal, maps, gadgets, vehicles, weapons, and UI. The update targets consistency in core gameplay and clears problems that could block respawning, redeploying, or deploying on vehicles. It also reworks Battle Royale and Ranked Battle Royale menus, matchmaking messages, loading screens, and progression visibility. Three areas absorb most of the fixes: Hagental Base, Railway to Golmud, and Portal, where EA addressed out-of-bounds spots, spawn placement, and objective behavior. I run into the respawn bug more than any other in this game, so the fix that lets players redeploy after dying with the "Edit Loadout" screen open is the line that matters most to me.

On vehicles, teammates can now deploy on the AH-6 LittleBird when the gunner seat is occupied, a change I think will shift how squads stack a single airframe. The MTN-55 Proximity Detector reveals enemy soldiers more reliably in certain cases. On Railway to Golmud, EA moved an Escalation alternate spawn near Objective B that dropped players high above the ground, removed floating debris left by destroyed houses near Objective E in Conquest, and blocked Objective D capture from the communications towers. The L115 Sniper Rifle model stays visible after its user is revived. In RedSec, competitive players can pick visual customisation in the lobby and get a clearer message when Ranked Battle Royale matchmaking stops because party members sit too far apart in rank.

  • Addressed issues across Hagental Base, Railway to Golmud, and Portal involving out-of-bounds areas, spawn placement, objective behavior, and map information.

With Battlefield 6’s biggest map yet, the arrival of Ranked Battle Royale, new weapons to master, and the return of Dagger 13 unlockable through the Season 3 Battle Pass, Warlords: Supremacy sets the tone for the battles ahead.

Battle Pass

Begin your reign in Season 3 with a new Battle Pass featuring 100+ tiers of rewards built for the war ahead. Unlock new hardware, weapon packages, soldier skins, XP boosts, and more as you progress from the Recruit Path through four themed paths on your road to becoming a legendary Warlord. New Map

Railway to Golmud: Battlefield 6’s largest map yet enters the fight in Season 3. This reimagining of a Battlefield classic delivers combined arms warfare at full scale, from a village in ruins and sweeping hills scarred by armor clashes, to a dense industrial site built for close-quarters combat, and a moving railway that squads must battle to control. On Railway to Golmud, infantry, ground vehicles, jets, and helicopters collide across a truly massive battlefield.

New Weapons

M16A4: An iconic Battlefield assault rifle joins the fight in Season 3. With fully automatic and burst-fire capabilities, plus a carry-handle option for iron sights, the M16A4 is built to perform in mid to short-mid range engagements.

L115: Precision meets stopping power with the L115, a deadly bolt-action sniper rifle designed for long to very-long range combat. Compatible with multiple attachments, it rewards players who can stay calm and land the shot.

RPK-74M: Built for sustained pressure at range, the RPK-74M brings controllable handling and dependable output to longer-range fights. With minimal recoil and a steadier feel than heavier alternatives, it gives Support players a strong new option for locking down the battlefield.
