Life is Strange TV Series Filming Will Begin This Summer

Last month, Deck Nine and Square Enix released Life is Strange: Reunion—the final game in the franchise related to game series characters Max Caulfield and Chloe Price from the original Life is Strange video game. Although their story has finally ended well, soon enough we will once again be able to experience their story, but in a new format.

As we know, Amazon is working on a Life is Strange TV show adaptation, where Tatum Grace Hopkins is confirmed to play Max Caulfield, while Maisy Stella has been cast as her bestie, Chloe Price. Karyn Kusama is also confirmed to direct the first two episodes. A new report from Midgard Times reveals that Life is Strange shooting is about to start on June 29 in Vancouver, Canada, which will last until October 16. Amazon is planning to wrap up six episodes for the first season. There is also an update on casting, and we can expect some announcement in the coming weeks, as Amazon is looking for actors for such roles from Life is Strange video game:

As for Life is Strange game series, Deck Nine and Square Enix have yet to confirm whether Life is Strange: Reunion was the last game in the franchise, as was speculated. The fans remain hopeful that the game series will get more titles, with one concept featuring Safi and Diamond, who were looking for characters from previous Life is Strange installments, teased by Life is Strange: Welcome to Caledon University book.
