Kratos’ Actor Teases His Involvement in the Next Santa Monica Studio Game
Christopher Judge has done tremendous work voicing Kratos in both God of War (2018) and God of War: Ragnarok, and the fans can’t wait to hear him in the next franchise installment. Well, at least someone who voiced Kratos in the past will return to the role soon, as God of War Trilogy Remake was announced recently at State of Play, with TC Carson, the voice of the original Kratos, set to return in the upcoming project.
As for Christopher Judge, there are a lot of speculations about the next mainline God of War video game, especially where the game will be set—in Egypt, as was previously rumored, or in Greece, which was revealed recently by gaming insider Tom Henderson. And according to Christopher Judge himself, we will find this out very soon, as YouTuber Fuzhpuzy has asked him whether he is involved in the God of War Trilogy Remake. Judge confirmed he’s not in the game; however, he also teased something exciting, as you can check below:
“You’ll be hearing about what we’re doing probably late summer,”

Of course, the most obvious choice here is another God of War title that is likely to be confirmed by Santa Monica Studio later this year. However, as we know, the studio is also working on a new IP announced back in 2018, and who knows, maybe Christopher Judge is talking about this project, not the new God of War video game. Well, we just have to wait for the summer for more official information.
As for God of War: Trilogy Remake, the game is currently at the early stage of development and doesn’t have a release date.
