Insider Shared Information on Resident Evil 10 Possible Release Date
Resident Evil Requiem, the ninth installment of the legendary horror game series, is about to release in less than two weeks. But at the same time, a reliable gaming insider reveals when the next game could be launched.
Specifically, AestheticGamer aka Dusk Golem, who is a proper Resident Evil leaker, during the conversation with X social media users, reveals Capcom is looking to release the unannounced Resident Evil 10 in 2029; however, he clarifies it could be delayed to 2030-2031. Dusk Golem also heard a DLC is planned for Resident Evil Requiem, as you can check below:
“Not confirmed officially no, but I've heard pretty reliably Resident Evil Requiem has DLC that's further along in dev. RE9 got delayed in dev a few times, Apocalypse was aiming for 2023, then Requiem was aiming for 2025, delayed to 2026. As such, the "gap" between RE9 & RE"10" (though likely won't be called that) is a bit shorter than usual (presuming RE10 doesn't get delayed too, it's right now aiming for a 2029 release date, but could be delayed to 2030, 2031 at worst, up to the whims of game dev), & DLC for RE9 has had time to cook.”

Dusk Golem previously revealed Alyssa Ashcroft, the mother of one of the two Requiem protagonists, Grace, will be the main character of the game’s DLC. Capcom hasn’t confirmed any plans for DLC to Resident Evil Requiem, so for now these reports should be considered with a grain of salt.
Resident Evil Requiem releases on February 27 for PC, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch 2.
