Resident Evil Requiem Will Get a DLC After Release
Resident Evil Requiem remains one of the most anticipated videogames of 2026. The game will allow the players to play for brand new character – Grace Ashcroft, who is the FBI technical analyst and daughter of Alyssa Ashcroft – fictional character from Resident Evil Outbreak.
Though we don’t know much about the story, it’s still unknown whether Leon Kennedy will appear in Resident Evil Requiem, though game producer Masato Kumazawa is not ruling out this as he said recently in an interview. Nevertheless, there might be another character who will make this come back in the game and it’s actually kinda expected.

According to the insider Dusk Golem, who is also known as Aesthetic Gamer, Capcom are working on a DLC to Resident Evil Requiem, where Alyssa Ashcroft, the mother of Grace, will be the protagonist. He also mentioned that the game will finish the story of Leon Kennedy and that could be another hint that character will appear in the game and probably play a big role in it.
As for now, Capcom haven’t confirmed they are working on a DLC about Alyssa Ashcroft for Resident Evil Requiem. The game will release for PC, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch 2 on February 27, 2026.
