Disney Dreamlight Valley Valentine's Day Event Guide

The Valley Valentines event has arrived in Disney Dreamlight Valley, running from February 11 to February 25, 2026. This event, introduced with the Puppy Love update, celebrates the season of romance within the game world. Players can participate by completing a series of daily quests for various villagers. Completing these tasks fulfills event-specific duties, which in turn unlock exclusive items.

This guide details every quest, reward, and requirement for the duration of the event.

Cupid's Quest Guide

Two event-specific Duties offer unique rewards for your participation. The first is "Cupid's Best Assistant," which requires the completion of any two Valley Valentines Quests. Finishing this duty grants players the Sparkling Hearts Photo Frame, a decorative item for use in the game's photo mode. I see this as a fairly direct task that encourages initial engagement with the event's daily quests. The reward is cosmetic and allows for more creative snapshots within the Valley.

The second Duty is named "Cupid's Confections." To complete it, players must give Heart-Shaped Chocolate to five different Villagers. One Heart-Shaped Chocolate is earned for each Valley Valentines Quest completed. These chocolates can be gifted to any resident of the Valley to count towards the duty's progress. The reward for this task is the Red Valentines Petals furniture item. Gifting a chocolate also provides a substantial boost of 1500 Friendship Points with the recipient, making it an efficient method for leveling up relationships with characters. I do believe this is a notable benefit for players focused on character progression.

Valley Valentine Quests Requirements

Each day of the event, one new Valley Valentines Quest will become available from a specific Villager. These quests are the primary way to earn the Heart-Shaped Chocolates needed for the "Cupid's Confections" Duty. For any quest involving a Villager who is part of a couple, such as

Anna or Mickey, the other half of the pair must also be unlocked and present in the Valley. Certain quests also have prerequisites tied to game expansions; the quest for EVE requires the A Rift in Time expansion, while Flynn Rider's quest necessitates both the A Rift in Time and Storybook Vale expansions.

A new quest will appear each day, so consistent participation is key to earning all the potential rewards. Remember to gift the Heart-Shaped Chocolates to villagers to make progress on the "Cupid's Confections" Duty and to take advantage of the significant friendship bonus. The Valley Valentines event concludes on February 25, 2026, providing a limited window to complete these activities.
