The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt’s New DLC Price and Budget Reportedly Revealed
According to multiple rumors, there is a new DLC for 2015’s The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt developed by Fool’s Theory studio, not CD Projekt RED. Although the expansion is not officially confirmed yet, new details are continuing to appear.
According to WitcherIVnews, with a reference to Polish analyst Mateusz Chrzanowski, the budget of the upcoming DLC to The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is $14.5 million, and the price will be $30. CD Projekt RED is looking to sell about 11 million copies, as you can check below:
“The rumored third DLC for The Witcher 3 is expected to sell 11 million copies at $30 each.
According to analyst Chrzanowski, this DLC has a production budget of ~$14.5M (excl. marketing) and should kick off the proper marketing campaign for The Witcher 4. #Witcher3#Witcher4 ”
Speaking of Fool’s Theory, they are also developing The Witcher remake, but it’s likely to be delayed to 2028 because of the studio’s involvement in The Witcher 4 development.
