Capcom Might Be Teasing Ada Wong’s Return in Resident Evil Requiem
Although reliable gaming insider Ada Wong (and Chris Redfield, too) will not appear in the upcoming Resident Evil Requiem, set to release this month, Capcom might be teasing her return, after all.
Recently, a short film related to Resident Evil Requiem and called Evil Has Always Had a Name has been uploaded to the game’s official YouTube channel; this video tells a story about a mother and a daughter who were in Raccoon City when the virus epidemic started. At the end of the video, we can hear two people speaking to each other, and the player has turned attention to the woman's voice, which sounds similar to Lily Gao, who previously voiced Ada Wong, the iconic Resident Evil character. Although it’s just speculation, it could also be a teaser that Ada is actually in Resident Evil: Requiem. You can watch the Resident Evil: Requiem—Evil Has Always Had a Name trailer below:
