According to AestheticGamer aka Dusk Golem, Resident Evil Requiem will not feature either Chris Redfield or Ada Wong. That's a little bit of a surprise considering Ada’s relationship with Leon and the focus on Chris Redfield in previous Resident Evil video games, specifically Resident Evil 7 and Resident Evil Village. However, we might expect them to be mentioned in Requiem. Here’s what Dusk Golem revealed about the possible appearance of Chris Redfield and Ada Wong in Resident Evil Requiem:

“I'm gonna' snip this in the bud since people love applying fake rumors to me, I never said this, it's a misc fake leak floating around. I don't believe Chris or Ada are in Resident Evil Requiem at all either from what I've heard, at least in any meaningful way.

Chris was confirmed already by the game's director to not be part of RE9. And the only reason I clarify "any meaningful way" is like, it's not impossible their name is mentioned in a file or something like that, but they're not involved in the story from what I've heard.”

As some X users mention under the post, the insider didn’t mention Claire Redfield at all—and that may be the sign of the character to appear in Requiem, though it’s still speculation for now. We’re going to figure it out on February 27, when Resident Evil Requiem releases for PC, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch 2.
