Diablo 4 Prepares Season 10 Hotfix With Infernal Hordes Changes

Diablo 4 will soon receive a new hotfix aimed at addressing issues in Season 10. Adam Fletcher, the game’s Social and Content Marketing Director, confirmed that developers will fix a bug with the Chaos Perk A Beast Cornered, which drained more health than intended. He also noted that changes are coming to the spires in the Infernal Hordes mode, though no specific details were revealed. The release date for the update has not been announced.

The adjustments are expected to make gameplay more convenient, particularly regarding the spires, whose mechanics required players to drag enemies into their circles before killing them, significantly slowing down the pace. In addition, Season 10 introduced the new Chaos Wave Offering in Infernal Hordes, which strengthens enemies and increases wave density while rewarding players with more Aether.

These tweaks build on the major additions of the season. Diablo 4 introduced Chaos Armor — enhanced versions of older Unique gear with stronger Aspects. The update also added new Reliquaries and unique items for every class. The upcoming hotfix is expected to smooth out issues and bring better balance to Season 10’s new content.
