Despite organizers clearly stating that filming was strictly prohibited, someone in the audience managed to secretly record the footage and upload it. According to Reddit users who attended the event, the leaked video appears to show the cinematic introduction that will kick off the game’s story.

Eyewitnesses noted that actual gameplay footage was minimal. In the brief scene shown, the protagonist—Shimizu Hinako—walks along a forest path, approaches a shrine, chooses the “pray” interaction, and then calmly turns around and walks away. No combat or intense gameplay was demonstrated.

Instead, the panel primarily focused on a conversation with the game’s creative team, including the director, writer, and composer. They discussed the vision behind Silent Hill f and what players can expect from the eerie new entry in the iconic franchise.

Set in a mist-shrouded rural town, Silent Hill f follows high school student Hinako as she navigates a reality that’s slowly unraveling into something far more terrifying and surreal.
