Fortnite Leak Hints at Star Wars Live Event on June 7

A reliable Fortnite leaker has analyzed quest data from the game’s files and uncovered a possible time window for the long-rumored Star Wars live event—likely tied to the dramatic finale of the current Galactic Battle season. Although fans have been enjoying the Star Wars-themed content, this season is unusually short, lasting only about a third of a typical Fortnite season. That means time is running out.

Galactic Battle Season Ends Soon

Players have until June 7 to complete quests and rack up XP before Galactic Battle wraps up, making way for Chapter 6, Season 3. The storyline this season has been mysterious and vague, with cryptic quests suggesting that Princess Leia is investigating the Empire's presence on the island. Meanwhile, other characters are training players—likely preparing them for a major climactic event.

Rumored Live Event: Sabotaging the Death Star

Earlier leaks hinted that this season would include a Star Wars live event, possibly featuring a mission to sabotage the Death Star. Many expected it to kick off early in the season and were puzzled when it didn’t. However, recent data-mining by FNAssist suggests the event is now expected to take place on June 7 at around 3 PM ET.

This prediction is based on the scheduled end time for the "Party Up: Celestial Strike" questline, which concludes at 2:30 PM ET on June 7. FNAssist speculates that the live event could follow shortly after.

What to Expect and What Comes Next

While Epic Games hasn’t confirmed these details yet, the timing would make sense—especially given the shortened season. If the event is real, Epic is expected to make an official announcement soon so players can prepare.

There’s also speculation that the Zero Point—a powerful element of Fortnite’s lore—will return after the event. Dataminers Loolo_WRLD and Wesoing have discovered that Zero Point shards will appear in-game, possibly introducing a new mechanic in Chapter 6, Season 3.
