Delta Force Unveils Global Esports Ambitions with 2025 World Championship

Level Infinite has officially revealed its esports roadmap for Delta Force, the studio’s latest first-person tactical shooter. A centerpiece of this initiative is the Delta Force World Championship 2025, scheduled for September 2025, marking a major step forward as the game dives into the global competitive scene.

A Global Tournament Featuring Six Regions

The upcoming World Championship will bring together six major regions:

• Europe
• North America (NA)
• South America
• China
• Asia-Pacific (APAC)
• Southeast Asia (SEA)

Though many specific details remain under wraps, organizers have confirmed that the tournament will include both core game modes: Warfare and Operation. Notably, the classic Operation mode will feature a Global Operator Pick system and a 6-game Mandelbrick-based scoring format, hinting at a unique competitive structure.

While information regarding the qualification process, team selection, and prize distribution has not yet been released, the announcement signals that Delta Force is fully committed to establishing a structured, international esports presence.

Delta Force Global League: Setting the Stage

Even before the World Championship kicks off, Delta Force has already launched its first competitive event: the Global League Season 1. Currently underway, the finals are set to take place from April 25 to April 26, offering a $45,000 prize pool. This initial season is limited to Europe and North America, serving as a testing ground for future global expansion.

Delta Force enters a highly competitive mobile esports market, dominated largely by MOBA titles. However, its tactical shooter gameplay brings something fresh to the scene.
