The trial period will run until October 30, after which it will conclude. However, players who wish to continue their journey in Diablo 4 can purchase the full version of the game.

During the trial period, players can progress up to level 20, and it is presumed that their in-game progress will be saved if they decide to buy the game and continue their adventure after the trial period ends.

Released in June, Diablo 4 is available on PC, Xbox, and PlayStation consoles. The game has become the fastest-selling title from Blizzard Entertainment, the studio behind successful projects like World of Warcraft, according to the game's publisher, Activision Blizzard.

Diablo 4 Season 2, titled "Season of Blood," commenced on October 17, coinciding with the game's release on the Steam platform. This season introduces a new questline where players can recruit a vampire hunter voiced by actress Gemma Chan.

Despite Xbox's recent acquisition of Blizzard, players hoping for Diablo 4 to join Xbox Game Pass will have to wait a bit longer. Xbox Head Phil Spencer announced earlier this month that the company does not plan to add games from Activision Blizzard to Game Pass until 2024.
