Top 10 Steam Sales of the Week: Stray is One of the Topsellers, Discounts on Rockstar Games

The official weekly sales statistics for the Steam digital gaming service, created by Valve, have been published. The top consists of both games and add-ons to them, as well as devices from the developer company. Some of the titles on the list may be duplicated as Valve lists different editions and packs in the top. In our weekly column, we will look at interesting projects that have become bestsellers from July 25 to 31, 2022.

The leader of the top remains Steam Deck. A portable PC from Valve that became a hit in the places where it was sold. Steam fans are already facing a shortage of the device, as there are many people who want to buy, and developers cannot meet demand due to the shortage of semiconductors in the world.

Annapurna Interactive's cyberpunk cat adventure Stray has been ranked #2 for 2 weeks in a row. The confrontation of a cute fluffy animal against voracious Zurkas has become a bestseller, and some call the game a candidate for the title of game of the year.

The newcomer to the rating is the Digimon Survive project, released on July 28th. The game is a mixture of visual novel and tactical RPG genres. As the title suggests, the action takes place in the popular Digimon universe, where fans can read the manga, watch the anime, and more.

No Man's Sky regularly hits the weekly top sellers list, even though it's quite an age-old game. The developers from Hello Games regularly release updates and new content.

The pre-order of Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered, although it dropped from 3rd to 5th place, still shows that there are more than enough people who want to play as Spider-Man on PC. The PlayStation exclusive will be released on Steam on August 12th.

One of the best VR devices on the market, the Valve Index VR Kit is also on the list. At the moment, quite interesting VR projects have already been released, so the purchase of a VR helmet from Valve attracts many. Unless you have a powerful PC, of course.

Elden Ring is rightfully considered one of the main candidates for the game of the year and will definitely collect many awards at the end of 2022. Starting from February 25, the game practically does not disappear from the top.
