Hello Neighbor 2 postponed to next year
Eerie Guest and tinyBuild have moved Hello Neighbor 2 to next year. Initially, the continuation of the sensational game was planned to be released in 2021, but later the developers decided to work out the details and postpone the release date to a later date. In return, players will have the opportunity to take part in the Hello Neighbor 2 beta testing, which opens on April 7th.
Closed testing will be available to everyone who submits a pre-release. Pre-orders start simultaneously with beta. According to the developers, a significant part of the town will open in the beta build.
Judging by the new gameplay video, players will have to look not only at the house of Mr. Peterson, a suspicious resident of the settlement, but also at the dwellings of other inhabitants of Crow Brooks. A feature of the project will be the artificial intelligence of Mr. Peterson, based on machine learning. The character analyzes the player's behavior in order to predict further steps or look into places where he can hide.
Recall that the protagonist of Hello Neighbor 2 will be journalist Quentin. He will investigate a series of mysterious disappearances in the city, and for this he will have to check all the inhabitants of Voroniy Ruchey.
Hello Neighbor 2 is coming to PC (Steam) and Xbox, and will also be part of the Game Pass subscription on release day.
